Does anyone know whether it's safe to put SiteMeter back on the blog?

Hi Kevin, With degrees in theology, religous education and psychology, I am very interested in your trek. Also since I spent 20+ years living and working in Maryland/NoVa and now in South Florida...wondering if you are having this vidoetaped? I can see a documentary ( or even series) in the making!
The notion of having the journey filmed or video'ed has been with me for a while, and in my "How Can I Help?" section, I tell any potential videographers that they're welcome to join the wagon train, but I won't be able to pay them.
Kevin, Currently it is raining...and raining alot! South Florida is a great place to vacation( when it is dry!) but I would much rather be back in Reston! Hmmm..I bet we have tons of friends in common....talking to folks tonight or watching TV?

Augusta,
Thanks for your comment!

How's the weather in South Florida?

The Sitemeter website has had this explanation/apology posted for a few days now. The gist: yes, it's safe to reinstall the stats counter.
Apparently the problem only occurred with IE, which is why Firefox users such as myself never had a problem.

Sorry Kevin, I forgot to put my name on my 2nd post to you!
Augusta,
Not to worry; I knew it was you.
Kevin
