Water, water and more water. You can never drink enough. A simple gauge is the color of the stream. Yellow = drink more. Clear = OK. Buy a camelbak hydration pack. I deal with 110+ heat here in Arizona and speak from knowledge about dehydration. If you start to see God during your walk - time for some holy water. And take care of them feets.
