Does anyone know whether it's safe to put SiteMeter back on the blog?

  1. Hi Kevin,
With degrees in theology, religous education and psychology, I am very interested in your trek. Also since I spent 20+ years living and working in Maryland/NoVa and now in South Florida...wondering if you are having this vidoetaped? I can see a documentary ( or even series) in the making!

  2. Augusta,

    Thanks for your comment!

The notion of having the journey filmed or video'ed has been with me for a while, and in my "How Can I Help?" section, I tell any potential videographers that they're welcome to join the wagon train, but I won't be able to pay them.

How's the weather in South Florida?

  3. The Sitemeter website has had this explanation/apology posted for a few days now. The gist: yes, it's safe to reinstall the stats counter.

Apparently the problem only occurred with IE, which is why Firefox users such as myself never had a problem.

  4. Kevin, Currently it is raining...and raining alot! South Florida is a great place to vacation( when it is dry!) but I would much rather be back in Reston! Hmmm..I bet we have tons of friends in common....talking to folks tonight or watching TV?
